CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 HOURS in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee charge equaling 50% of the service.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS may be subject to a cancellation fee totaling 100% of the service cost. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may risk losing your spot and be subject to the cancellation fee. At Hair By Shelby I strive to be both accommodating and respectful of every client's time. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

* Blow dries requiring more than the standard 45 min allotted, will incur an additional fee of $20 to accommodate for the extra time.
